AI-powered recruiting
A screening agent built around the way a recruiting firm works.
The operation lived in spreadsheets and WhatsApp chats. Instead of taking the spreadsheet away from the end client, we built the agent around it. Recruiters keep working the way they always have, except now reading and outreach happen on their own.
Step 01
Job sync
The end client updates the job spreadsheet in Excel online. From the dashboard, the recruiter triggers a read of the file. New openings are registered and the requirements of existing ones are updated.
Step 02
Campaign and outreach
The recruiter picks a message template and sends the campaign to that opening's candidate pool. The conversation starts on its own, and whoever replies arrives already screened.
